Es por esto que con el \u00faltimo esquema, aprobado por la&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/documento.errepar.com\/legislacion\/salario-minimo-vital-y-movil-se-define-el-incremento-gradual-entre-los-meses-de-noviembre-2025-y-20251203091428353\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">R. (CNEPSMVM) 9\/2025<\/a>, el capital m\u00ednimo para la constituci\u00f3n de una SAS ser\u00e1:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diciembre 2025: $ 669.600<\/li>\n<li>Enero 2026: $ 682.000<\/li>\n<li>Febrero 2026: $ 693.000<\/li>\n<li>Marzo 2026: $ 704.800<\/li>\n<li>Abril 2026: $ 715.600<\/li>\n<li>Mayo 2026: $ 726.000<\/li>\n<li>Junio 2026: $ 735.600<\/li>\n<li>Julio 2026: $ 744.800<\/li>\n<li>Agosto 2026: $ 753.200<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Para la constituci\u00f3n de una sociedad simplificada por acciones.
